1st SENT General Assembly
The 1st. SENT General Assembly
will be held in Forlì from the16th to the 18th of March 2008.
All the 66 partners involved in the project are invited to participate to the Assembly aiming to show in details the project and schedule the work to be done.
These three days will be opened and closed by a General Assembly. During these GA, partners will receive clarification concerning the network in general, and our aims for the next three years. The rest of the time will be dedicated to the different working groups. Further information about the program can be found here.
How to resgister to the GA
All participants need to register online to the GA by filling the online form within 20th February 2008.
Travel expenses
Since this is a big project, we have a series of budgetary restrictions, so your travel expenses will be reimbursed up to an amount of 250 € per person for a maximum of 2 people per institution. In case you are not able to comply with this requirements please contact us before buying the ticket. In all cases we strongly encourage to use low cost companies.
